How far do the Leicas range deer/elk?

I think they say 1300 yards but in my experience they’d have to be standing next to a truck to get that far reliably. It really depends on the conditions. Clear mornings or evenings do best and a solid reading at 700 to 900 yards is reliable. I’ll usually try to hit a reflective surface (a rock or snow patch) close by to verify what the game animal is ranging.

Some one is missing a very good deal. These are a high quality item. I worked as a surveyor, Leica instruments were top quality. Gopher shooting partners had these. OUTSTANDING
