i really like my U-shaped bench!!!!

weight says 45 pounds, i believe this includes the legs too. there is a cutout on the underside in the bench to store the legs (very ingenious), if you needed to reduce weight then just keep the legs outside the top when moving it. I was moving it yesterday in my garage without the legs and I think you will be very surprised how easy it is to move around (i am 32 but i am not a strong person, i'd be lucky to bench press 140 lbs).

these benches are incredibly rigid and stiff for their weight. when researching i found this to be the best price and features out of anything else i saw. but i was still concerned it was gonna be too wobbly for my benchrest stuff but i was very wrong, this thing is super stable, strong, durable, and will last a very long time!!!! i kept it in the back of my truck all winter long driving around with it and it has held up great.

if you decide to buy i believe you will be very happy with this bench
