Last Nights dog

I hit one of my ranches after work last night as I have today off.
Set up at 615p and had 2 pop in front of me at 630p, they split when I hit my laser light...darn it.
Then as I was scanning at 630p I had another standing in front of me at the same spot & it came out of the creek bottom. I hit my laser light and dropped it with a skull cap.
830p I had 3 I could see, but just a tad far out for my night shooting.
915p I had 4 in front of me and I hit the laser and proceeded to mis a chip shot even though it sounded like a solid body hit, yup a metal fence post of all things!....dang it!
About 1015p I had 2 barking behind the haybales & could not see them.
I got home @ 1230a.
My Savage 6x45 w/65g vmax again. 35lb male w/great fur.
Was 11* by 10pm also...cold & frosty.
I was happy anyway, hitting the same spot this weekend w/a pal also.

I am using the Sub Zero 3x50 laser designator mounted on the gun & a xlr250 for quick scanning.

No snow but its in the low & single digits at night down in CO. Here in town we have snow turned to ice & drive 10 miles away and nothing! Send some HOT weather!
