I just read the article here on 6BR by US Optics about the different styles of correcting parallax and their pitfals. I just bought a Leupold Mark 4 and the last time at the range I noticed that when I adjusted the parallax, the target was slightly fuzzy and when I made the target clear, there was parallax. After reading the article, I see what I was doing wrong but this seems like a serious flaw. I should add that the scope is a 3.5-10 and is the clearest scope I ever looked through. I want to buy another scope as the clarity is so much superior to my Leupold VX-ll's that I use for hunting but am undecided as to whether I should go with a Long Range model or one with the tried and true AO. I guess with a little practice one could get used to the solution for adjustment that US Optics gives as to going all the way to infinity and turning back until clear each time you adjust. The side adjustment is so convenient in the field that I am tempted to buy another Long Range or Mark 4 but would like some advice from users. Thanks. Tom
