Laser Engraver Settings

There was a pretty good thread on lasers recently. I'd like to see what some of your favorite settings are and pics of the results. Im primarily interested in the 30 watt split laser and the lens you are using. Stainless, chrome moly and brass.

Mine came pre loaded with a bunch of settings and 99% of the time I don’t mess with them…they are based upon material. The one exception, I have lasered my logo on a mtm ammo box and had to mess with the settings. Every time I encounter something like that I have to go digging on the web and find a way to make it look correct.

The same settings work for most metals. It gets trial-and-error-y when you want to do colors in say a PMAG.

I have had mine a few weeks now and just about have it tuned up. The advice from members on this forum has proven to be really good and I appreciate it.
