For 105gr loaded ammo:
.2695 on ammo purchased last year, measured in the middle of the neck with my calipers. .270 measured at base of neck. Right at mouth there is sometimes a burr or flare that takes it to .271, but that normally irons out during chambering.
Bottom line, a .271 neck will usually work, but a .272 is less problematic.
