Lapua .221 Fireball brass?????

Does anyone know when the arrival date is for this brass?????

phil, I emailed Lapua in mid-Feb. They indicate that the first deliveries to the U.S. are estimated for early April.

They said "soon" at IWA, heard june from my dealer.

I received a sample at IWA and measured the neck when I got home. The neck walls are .0125-.0135 in thickness giving around .251 with a bullet seated. That is good news as I can now turn the necks for my new .249 chambered barrel. With remmy brass I would not have needed to turn them down. I was hoping for a small flash hole as per 220R and 6BR cases, but it's the standard larger 223 hole.

Looking forward to getting them in in time for the new barrel.
