Laminated stock blanks??

Saw a thread not too long ago about laminated stocks that the blanks were made by the stock maker himself. And just about any color combination you could want.
Found the stock style that I want/like but can't find the color.
,kinda like a woman buying shoes )Rutland laminated colors are not enough! Don't want to settle for something that I "kinda" like!
Anybody remember any stock maker or thread like that??

No it wasn't Joel Russo but, I have been talking to him and he has ordered a blank in the colors that I wanted/liked. It will be made into a A5L. Should be pretty nice!
If anyone is interested in a laminated stock, Joel just might be the man to talk to! Eager to please and a nice guy too! Mike.

I think the blanks that I had seen made by the stock maker were from Richard's Custom Rifles. Nice looking but not exactily what I wanted. Think I'll do OK with the blank that is being made up for me. Got the colors "just like I wanted"!

Lynn. The only problem with Richard's Micro Fit is they are color blind.,besides taking a looong time to deliver) Going by the picture on their web site,I ordered a "Electric Blue" Tac Driver. It came "turquoise blue/green". Not a bad color but not what I wanted. I wanted "blue"! I am going to 'off" it before too long. Got a stock ordered in the colors that "I" want. When you get your mind set on one thing, you might as well follow thru with it. Kinda like building a rifle. You build it the way "you" want it. Might not be what someone else would want but it is built to your specs!!
