I decided to put my Beowulf back in service. I bought a batch of brass spire 404 grain ammo. Mounted a spare scope and headed to the range. I have owned my LabRadar for about 5 years and am familiar with temperament of the chronograph so when it presented error message I rechecked all of the known things to check, so I called the Lab folks. It took a bit of discussion to isolate the issue. The heavy ammo fell into the too low for Rifle mode. For slower ammo, select pistol.
