L.E. Wilson bushing in Redding die.

yeah on end has a number on it but it's been so long I don't remember which end is the tighter one.
I found the information in a video on Wilson’s site.
Number down will give the slightly tighter sizing.

As the film clip shows and has been stated, the Wilson bushings are reversible so that you can shrink the sizing by 1/2 of 1000 if and when necessary, but the big thing about Wilson bushings as they are exact or as the Redding in my experience have been tighter than they are marked. They work well and well well but you have to measure everything to make sure they're doing what you're asking them to do to your brass Roger.
 
I've used Whidden, Wilson, SAC, RCBS bushings without issues. You CAN'T use Forster. Of all these, the SAC is the BEST.
I had several problems with Redding bushings and got rid of every one I had
