Kudos to Sightron service

Through no fault but my own, during a lapse of my surround awareness, I broke the tripod mounting fixture off my new spotting scope. I sent it back to Sightron fully intending to pay for the repair. Recieved it today repaired and no charge even for return shipping! Thanks Sightron!

Great company, sent a scope in to fix a very hard to turn side focus adjustment. Was bought from a guy and got no turret caps which he called Sightron for and they sent them to me. Anyway scope was sent in with no turret caps for focus repair, came back they fixed focus, thoroughly cleaned and inspected scope, sent turret caps, lens caps and the rag they send with scopes.

I had a 10x50x60 break in half Please don't ask how. Sightron service said send it in .. Fixed for FREE in less than 2 weeks. Not good service but GREAT service,, Tommy MC

A+ company called to buy some flip caps for my 10-50 and the guy said send an email with your address and we will get them out no charge. Showed up in 3 days

When I started shooting long range BR, I bought a used Sightron SII 6-24 scope. I soon found the paralax adjustment didn't jibe with focus. Sent it back to Sightron.
Had the scope back in a couple weeks and worked perfect!
After a while, my wife gave me a N-F BR scope for Christmas so I put the old Sightron away.
Couple years later I built a 7mm heavy gun and put the old 6-24 SII on the new rifle. Shot superb! Couple years later, my wife came through with a Sightron SIII 10-50. I'm a happy
shooter! Still have the SII, won't get rid of it!

This good news for me..
Just sent a Sightron 8x36x56 in for a Elevation Knob stripped Screw
I think wrong screw install at factory ? only 3 threads holding in turret base ?

Hope to post Great News ????
