I have a bolt from a Panda F-Class action that would not extract a fired round from the chamber. Additionally, the extractor had broken twice. The bolt repairs were made by a competent gunsmith. Something was not right with this bolt. So I sent it to Kelbly's for repair. In less than 2 weeks I got my bolt back, not only fixed, but with a new extractor, and a complete NEW firing-pin / spring assembly, along with a clean and re-polished job! AND by the way, the work was completed without charge! I have always said over the years, that every product Kelbly makes is "Cadillac". Now I can also say that their Customer Service / Repair Service is "Cadillac" too! It is comforting to know that in this era of "profits at any cost", that this is not the philosophy of many in the shooting sports. Kelbly realizes that taking care of the customer, will ultimately lead to better profits >>>That's the philosophy I like! Thanks Kelbly!
