Kudos to Kelbly's!

I have a bolt from a Panda F-Class action that would not extract a fired round from the chamber. Additionally, the extractor had broken twice. The bolt repairs were made by a competent gunsmith. Something was not right with this bolt. So I sent it to Kelbly's for repair. In less than 2 weeks I got my bolt back, not only fixed, but with a new extractor, and a complete NEW firing-pin / spring assembly, along with a clean and re-polished job! AND by the way, the work was completed without charge! I have always said over the years, that every product Kelbly makes is "Cadillac". Now I can also say that their Customer Service / Repair Service is "Cadillac" too! It is comforting to know that in this era of "profits at any cost", that this is not the philosophy of many in the shooting sports. Kelbly realizes that taking care of the customer, will ultimately lead to better profits >>>That's the philosophy I like! Thanks Kelbly!
 
All the Kelbly are a first class act. Jim always helped me when I had a question about my March scopes when he was a distributor, or about my Panda when I was in need of an answer.

I am also a very pleased Kelbly customer. Went to the range to practice one day and my bolt wouldn't extract because somehow the extractor was frozen in place, I tried lube but the same thing happened again. A friend happened to have a whole extractor kit so we replaced it. The extractor jamed again. Well..., I sent it back and a few days later Ryan called me and asked me if it was possible that I dropped that bolt? After some consideration, I remember it falling off the table while I was cleaning the rifle. Well, they fixed for free and sent it back to me in 7 working days.

I don't know what you call that kind of service, but it's superb to me. I already have 2 Kelbly F-Class Panda, but if I were in the market for another action it would have to be a Kelbly.
 
I totally agree with all of the above post, I have had the same experence with the kelblys and have my third barrel on order with them and my next action will also be a kelblys also.
When a Co. stands behind their product, it only right to stand behind them as a customer.

Kelbly service is beyond belief. My first experience with them was in 1989 (Panda action s/N 8917). I am still shooting that action after a bazillion rounds. My last experience was on my trip home after my rifles got soaked during the America Match in Canada last August (you must clean even aluminum/stainless steel rifles immediately after shooting). Stopped at the shop and was welcomed with open arms. As usual their service was way beyond the call of duty.
