I went to the shop to do some annealing. My timer took a dump. I called Benchsource. They were sad to inform me that my unit was “old” and they didn’t have parts because they use a whole different voltage system now. I think he said it was made in 2005. On the upside, I could send it back and they’d replace the entire guts of the machine for $160. All new motors and controls. I sent it and I had it back in 10 days. Very nice people. Great, fast service! It works like a charm, again! I highly recommend them!
