I recently purchased a Competition Primer Seater and was having difficulty adjusting the seating depth. Rather than blindly dismantling a $600 tool, I emailed Primal Rights and received a phone call from Greg within an hour. He coached me on disassembly and troubleshooting until we found the problem. No grease was applied during initial assembly. With the close tolerances and fine threads, the grease was essential. I applied some grease I had handy and the problem was solved.
