Krieger Barrels & Bob Brackney

Hello All,
Kudos to Krieger Barrels and Bob Brackney for helping me with a 6.5 x 47 that wouldn't shoot under an inch. i fussed with this rifle on and off for years and finally called Krieger to see if they would take a look at it. after inspection they sent me a letter stating a new barrel would be shipped out to me at no cost. note at bottom said it was a "pre ERP" barrel ?. Bob Brackney took it upon himself to rechamber at no cost !, he is a saint ! the new barrel is a shooter. one happy camper over here !

It does not matter what barrel maker you decide on, they ALL will produce a dud from time to time! The ones, as in your case like Krieger, who stand behind their product, are the ones to purchase. No one manufacturer is perfect. They all make periodic mistakes.. I don't let one or even 2 bother me. So far, I am batting NEARLY 1000! I have only had a very few "duds".

I would also like to extend the same compliment to Bartlein,I had a barrel that behaved any way it wanted it was replaced in 4 weeks.

Glad you got it squared away, as for Bob Brackney, he's a great guy that does excellent work. Several guys around here use him.
