Krieger and FedEx come through..

Folks:

I ordered a Krieger barrel for a customer in January. It was completed in March as I was told it would. Krieger shipped it UPS and the tracking got it to the "UPS delivery truck" but not delivered to my business. After two weeks of waiting to see if UPS could find the lost barrel Krieger made a second custom barrel. It was shipped by FedEX this time. I recieved the second barrel yesterday 3 days after FedEx got it in their possession. The barrel was in pristine shape.

I would like to thank the Krieger barrel company for great work and especially Mary for having to listening to me. She couldn't have been nicer and more professional. My customer Jeff thanks you as well. He hs plans on winning the F-Class TR match at Butner on June 1-3 with his new rifle sporting a Krieger barrel.

How it's possible to loose an object as big as a barrel is beyond my comprehension, but leave it to UPS to do the impossible.
I had a #1V Ruger come in a few months ago that was beat all to he__ and they didn't do a thing about it, and they said it was shipped that way.... I never use them anymore if I can help it........

I do not trust UPS with any package....Not after having 3 computer monitors broken. They are expedient but not without risk. DHL and FedEx for me.
