Now that I'm just about 2 weeks away from my 10 yr anniversary from becoming a member here and the fact that I finally decided to upgrade to a Giraud Power Trimmer due to the information that I found here, I wanted to give a big shout out and huge THANK YOU to this site and the many, many awesome members here. The wealth of knowledge and the opinions and experience about any/all of the aspects of reloading/shooting, no to mention the good deals I've gotten on various reloading equipment and components and several guns/barrels/actions, stocks, etc as well has been invaluable to me.

For any newer members reading this that haven't upgraded your membership to gold or silver yet, I strongly urge you to do so.

I am of that age group (I'll be 55 this year) that I didn't get to experience the internet until my mid twenties or so and what it has become since that time is truly incredible, if not even a little scary. I think I started perusing in/around different hunting and shooting and fishing forums on a regular basis in my mid thirties or so and I can tell you w/o a doubt, I have yet to find a better place to hang out in than this site since that time when it comes to great information about reloading and shooting in general.

That's all I really wanted to say at this time. I hope everyone here reading this has a great 2023! And remember, aim small, miss small.

We have so many highly ranked shooters here , in every discipline , and the exchange of different procedures is almost endless . Many do something one way for years , and read of another possibility to in-put into their process , and then modify their process . Sometimes ; creating that "Missing Link" , that can take them to the next level . And this is a ever-ending chase , to get better . It's great to have access to all of this free-flow of information .

I agree with the op's statement and appreciate the privilege to be here as well. It's in helping each other grow that we all rise to the top. Every top shooter on here has a long list of folks that helped them up. A mentor of mine once said, he who helps a man up, rises highest.

Completely agree.
There's several members who have a bunch of fake wood on their walls and tables who still take the time to share their knowledge and provide advice.
There are also some who are just outstanding in their skills in gunsmithing/stock making.
