Guys

Has anyone had any bad experiences with Kenton industries and communications, or lack there of? I've paid for my goods and are struggling to have them reply to a couple of courtesy emails I've sent. Maybe there snowed under with orders, who knows.

Sorry to hear that. I have bought 2 different times from them and never had a bit of trouble.

I have bought from them in the past with no issues. I talked to them by phone and they were responsive and shipped whn promised on my custom job. I second the calling them suggestion. Let us know how it turns out.

I have had great service and products from them in the past. In my business I get 20 or so E-mails for every phone call. But, I always answer the phone. Who knows how many E-mails they get. I would make the call and jump to the front of the line, so to speak. Good luck.
