Had an issue with extraction on one of my Black Bear actions last weekend. Sent my bolt in Monday, shipped rebuilt bolt yesterday. Not only that, they built me a spare NEW bolt with a Sako style extractor for free!! That my friends is above and beyond service. Their may? be better actions out there, but there isn't better service. My heads still spinning from this one. No questions, no BS. Just wish they could make me a better shooter. I had a similar issue with my girlfriends rifle. Sent the action and bolt in and they completely fixed the issue and added an ejector for her in less than three days. Great guys.
