Kelbly's fine customer service

I'm always ready and willing to pass along my gratitude to customer service folks.

Like an idiot, I misplaced, actually lost the parts for my Atlas action bolt stop.:mad: First time for everything...

I sent an email to Kelbly's explaining my fault and Ian responded back asking for the pertinent details so he could find the right kit for my action. He confirmed he had one in stock and immediately put one in the mail for me. No charge.

This is what builds dedication to manufacturers and suppliers. Not that it was free but the decision to handle the situation with ease and confidence.

Great people and perfect service.

This is typical Kelbly service. Wonderful people!
 
I bought a rail from them last week and then realized i didnt need it. They mailed me a check and emailed me a pre-paid return label.
 
This is good to hear. I have several custom actions where the company has either changed hands or is no longer in existence. It's important to me that a company have longevity due to support and customer care after the sale. Kelbly's is on the short list of custom actions I would purchase due to this.
