Kelbly rings on a Savage Target action

I thought that I saw in my Sinclair catalog (which is at work ), that there is a Davidson base for the Savage target action, but looking online at Sinclair, I don't see them.
Is there a base for Kelbly rings that I can use on my target action ?

Yes, I purchased one directly from Kelbly's. It's one piece and works perfectly.

Benchsource offers a base for Savage PTA action that uses same rings as Davidson bases.
