Don’t know what’s going on there. From horrible tornados to devastating flooding this year. Just heard of a whole family of children being washed away. Make me want to throw up. Keep Kentucky in your prayers. Praying for Gods mercy for the people of this state.

What's going on is seasonal unsettled weather. Historically not so unusual. But tragic for the hapless victims nonetheless. Prayers.

Nice! Who could ever forget an Elvis song that they heard the first time in basic training? And in Kentucky.

Along those lines would be the 1962 hit Mister Lonely which Bobby Vinton ostensibly wrote about being a young soldier while in basic training at Ft. Dix, NJ.
