Keep loosing my scale zero when using a powder dish ?

Thus far I have been charging my casings by using only my RCBS Uniflow. I was ocassionally checking charge consistancy and I was generally getting +/- .1 grain. Now that i'me getting comfortable with the handloading process I purchased an RCB powder dish, and a Frankford Arsenol trickler. What i'm observing is the fact I keep loosing my scale zero with the empty plastic dish. I zero out the empty dish, and about 3 casings later the empty dish reads .3 to .4 grains ? When I check the calibration weights, the scale is functioning perfect. When I charge measure using individual empty casings it's the same correct zero repeteability. Any thoughts on why I keep loosing zero using the dish ?

Try wiping the plastic powder dish with a dryer fabric softener sheet. There may be static from the plastic.

what kind of scale ??
most, not all, electronic scales are not sensitive enough to keep up with trickling..
you need to lift the pan and set it back down everytime you add powder.
do you have a rug on the floor...you maybe generating static as was mentioned

I'm using a Dillon D-Terminator scale and an RCBS plastic powder dish. I did not know the correct method of trickling was a remove and replace method after each trickle. I was simply trickling slowly until my scale read up to the target grains. No rug, i'm standing on concrete.

the lower end scales move in 0.1 steps..and do not move until you get close......
your method can lead to a big variation in weights..
just move forward now that you know.
