JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT YOU HAD ALL YOU WANTED; NOSLER 48NCH

The bolt handle's on the wrong side for a right-handed shooter. Otherwise, it looks like it's modeled after an Anschutz Exemplar .22 LR.

He does not make a stock xp trigger. Nobody does
Dusty, why not sell me one of your actions? I have a couple of XP factory triggers. That way, I could build my 243 XP for this fall.
HAH ;) To be clear, I would have it built. Never have enough caliber choices. Just have to reload more.
I'm digging pretty deep on my mad money to see if I can get one of the Nosler pistols pretty soon. I'm leaning towards the 308, 15' with break and in Desert Tan.

I shot the new pistol this week. Mark Hampton brought one to the MOA 1000 yard pistol match, between the relays we did some shooting with it. It's a very nice pistol, very neat and trim, the aluminum stock keeps a thin profile through the action area, then widens out in the forend for a bipod. The two stage trigger breaks clean and the cross bolt safety is a vast improvement over the xp safety. Marks was chambered in 6.5 creedmoor it was very pleasant to shoot and easy to make 400 yard conections. Very nice gun!

Got a Hart made X-P 100 in 6PPC with a 14" barrel and after market stock. The story I was told; was that it was made for an proposed short range benchrest class. Don't know if it is true or not, but I have a lot of fun trying to shoot small groups with it. Recoil is all I care to deal with for a pistol off the bench. The 7BR must be quite an experience. I shoot 68 grain Bart's bullets with it. Maybe some day I will rebarrel to 6BR and reach out a little farther.

Ordered in June told October for delivery. Now every time I ask there is a lame excuse and I'm told about 2 more weeks. Not sure they are really going to make them.

Remington sells to the mass market and not to what shooters want.

Do they make F class, benchrest, long range tactical guns, hunting handguns. NO

There is a market for these guns and others and Nosler is willing to step up to the challenge.

Remington is just releasing a new bolt handgun. Reviewed in the latest G&A. Calibers to start are .223, .300 BLK, and .308. Bolt gun in a chassis but the grip is all the way to the rear.

Remington's "new" example is a joke. Their build it and they will come thoughts will bite them in the azz again.
Big and clunky, with tacticool junk hanging on it that adds nothing to accuracy or useability.
Bean counters and pencil pushers..........

My “Like” is mainly for the screen name!

This is a two year old thread, I love looking at these old threads to see how it has worked out for the OP. But aren't you afraid of the old thread police telling us how stupid we are for answering it even though the old thread police has jus answered it himself?
