Just started reloading for my new savage model 12 6br.Got new lapua brass, rcbs FL dies, new powder and bullets. Loaded them up and went to shoot and after 3rd round brass started getting real dirty at base.Couldn't find any cracks in brass.Maybe breech not sealing ? don't know any ideas

Tell us what your reciepe was including bullets, powder, primers and grains of powder. Are they getting dirty up in the neck and shoulder? What are you using to seat the primers? Are you seeing any leakage around the primers or any piercing of the primers? Is this a new rifle or only new reloads and what you were shootiing before didn't have this problem?
