I spent a lot of time with them last year, even spoke with the owner. He could get sub MOA 10 shot groups, typically in the .9s with his AR. He said to play with seating depth which I tried all kinds from 2.20 to 2.70. I settled on 2.60 with 24.3 TAC, but it didn't really change much.
One of my bolt rifles has a 1:7 twist Wilson barrel that is in the .5s with a 69 SMK. With the 69RMR, most groups were around 1-1.5 MOA.
My 1:7 Krieger barreled bolt rifles will shoot in the .2s but with the 69 RMR is in the .7s
Recently I purchased some of the RMR 75 grain bullets and they seem to shoot much more consistently, but I have only shot a few 5 shot groups so far.
