Don't think it is the end regardless of what the doctors tell you. My neighbor lived two years with stage 4 bone cancer after being given 6 months or less to live. He died in an ATV crash. He was looking very well till the crash.

I don't know you, but I hope for a speedy recovery. My wife is a survivor of Hodgkin's Lymphoma, she fought through it and won, so can you!

My wife is a thyroid cancer survivor, it can be tough on the spouse too never give in !

To all that knows me, I just found out the other day, I have stage 4 lung cancer. I went in to see the doc because I had tiny droplets of blood in my phlegm. Now I got to go thru all the test, scans, biopsy to find out what type of cancer I have. Life is crazy, never know what to expect. nilebartram

I only know you thru your post over the years but I wish you success in dealing with your aliment.

Personally faced a life threatening problem which had me laid up for most of 2010. Keeping a positive attitude was not easy but I believe a positive attitude and a uncompromising determination to beat the aliment went a long way toward a successful recovery.

Don't discount the support of family and friends. In my case quiet prayer helped me get thru some trying times.

We have never met but my advice is like all the others. Fight like hell! I'm a cancer survivor (9 years) and was only given a 30-35% chance. Get the best oncologist, surgeon, radiologist, etc. and follow their instructions to letter. It will be tough going but think positively and you will whip it! Take Care.
