To all that knows me, I just found out the other day, I have stage 4 lung cancer. I went in to see the doc because I had tiny droplets of blood in my phlegm. Now I got to go thru all the test, scans, biopsy to find out what type of cancer I have. Life is crazy, never know what to expect. nilebartram

I hate hearing that Neil. Look at it like a reloading situation . . . stay with it till you have it conquered.
Best to you.

2 of my friends just beat lung cancer. I hope the prognosis is the same for you.

Thoughts and prayers.

Best wishes and don't stop fighting. Medicine today is miraculous. My wife was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer nearly three years ago and is now two years cancer free. Trust your doctors and do all they tell you to do. There will be times you will want to give up, but don't do it. Don't let it get you down or win. You will be in our prayers.

You will be in my wifes and my prayers. I am a 20+ year cancer survivor, so don't ever give up. May God hold you in his hands! Russ

Follow doctors orders, treatment and stay positive, above all. Wife and I have both had some cancers and so far have came out just fine.

My mom beat breast cancer twice. Cancer is not the reliable killer it used to be.

Now she is dealing with heart and lungs issues due to the cures but she is still kicking.

Two pieces of advice: when you are getting treatment, don't run around like everything is normal, that's how my mom got pneumonia once and double pneumonia the second time. Also if you have issues with eating or resting during treatment, medical marijuana edibles are pretty effective for treating those side effects, don't let some sort of stigma keep you from using every bit of medicine you can throw at it. My mom really just needed to chill out and eat better but it wasn't legal her first time around and the stigma got her the second time. I think she is paying for it now.

Good luck to you my friend. I too have been down that road. 10 years prostate cancer free!! BEAT that dam thing!!! Don't let the bastard win!!
