Just another pdog day

Pal n I hit one of my pdogs spots the other day. 7am started off steady, but not fast, still spent 2hrs shooting, then moved a mile along a low area that flows into a giant pasture open area.
This spot has not been shot in the last 4 yrs, I drive by it going to bigger towns.
Drove in and it swarming with pdogs, and very ignorant of shooters.
3 hrs here and both of us dumped several hundred rounds into them.
They just stood around not having any idea they are targeted. That was a blast.
Noon we moved 10 miles, same ranch property.
Shot the snot out of them till 3pm, called it.
Savage not Oryx chassis, .223, 1/14" tw, 24", suppressed, kept barrel soaked down with my water pump.
Never went over 12x, most shots at 10x, average yardage 200.
Just 1 mound I took 13, 7 on another, hands full of doubles.

Good to hear that plague didn't get everywhere.

I had a good year, but that is dividing by the concept that plague affected most of the areas I visited in CO, WY, SD, and ND.

If I had to put a number on it, I would say it was down by 75 - 80% of what it used to be.
