I own a Glock 22 (actually two!) I bought locally. My local gun shop is allocating ammunition to existing customers and new purchases. 100 rounds. So, I bought two boxes of the Win 180gr JHP Monday. He told me to come back the next day, and I could buy two more.
So, every morning I have been back over to buy two boxes.
I felt a little guilty until this morning, when he told me no one else had called or come by looking for 40 S&W all week.
I feel better now.

It’s one of my favorites. Not a big fan of the 9.

Neighbor, Uncle, 2 cousins sold their 40s off also.
Guy at work has been trying to sell his with no takers.
Interested in the pistol, till they hear the caliber, then it's "pass".

I just did a PH80 (numbered receiver from Brownells) change to my Gen-2 G22. What all Glocks should have been. Picked this 1 up years ago thru Police used group buy so the price was too good to pass up but it had languished in the safe for years.

I still have my 1911's though.

The PH80 frame feels a lot like my Springfield 1911 double-stack, shoots great with Lone Wolf barrel, reloaded lead slugs. I've shot a couple thou rounds thru it the last month.

Reminds me, I need to order more bullets . . . .

40's got bad word of mouth, fear of pressure spikes and double charge.
That was all the interweb & mob mentality ....
