Jumping or Jamming the 105 A-Max

I am just trying to get a consensus on how people are shooting the 105 A-Max in their 6mmBR, 243Win, 6 Dasher, etc. If jumping how far off are you jumping? .010, .020, .030?

I have been jumping .010 and did not get good results with jamming. I have been wondering if I am too close and should move back to .020 or .030.

Thanks

I jump my dasher too' A least .020 I tryed jam seating with slow powder it wasen't as good as a jump I worked it back from just touch .005 at atime. firing 3 shot groups.

There is really only one way to tell what works for your particular rifle....
But I do jump my A-max's a lot usually .....
I agree, I just did not want to shoot box upon box of A-Max's if ther was a consensus on jump.

.010 jump has been 1/2 MOA but I want better. It allready sounds like I need to move from a jump of .010 to .020.

.010 may be it. Bring it back ..005 and see what happens. Three shot groups will do. If it looks good then try one with 5 shots. If not try another.oo5.
After you try your jump setting and are happy , try some more neck tension.
Tighten it .001 or .002 at a time. Neck tension also has a lot to do with the tune.
