July 500M Fly Shoot

The next 500M Fly Shoot at Pine Valley in Huntsville, TX will be July 20th.
rules and entry attached
Shooter of the Year will receive a new Rock Creek 6mm barrel donated by Travis at Field and Cave Outfitters.
Each match pays three places.
First Place $300.00
Second $250.00
Third $200.00

Somebody else has to be 10 MOA right at sight in and run all of their shots in 15 seconds or less this time. I can't make it

G'day Texan Fly Shooters,
You guys & gals might be interested to know that next weekend over here in Oz we will hold our National 500m Fly Shooting Championships at the beautiful south coast town of Batemans Bay.
We'll shoot light rifle on the Saturday, Heavy rifle on Sunday & 200 yard rimfire on the Monday (which is a public holiday).
Gunna' be huge with over 180 entries across all classes...4 details per day!

Maybe from their perspective they were the top 10 because they are “down Under” and see things upside down

Mike, I haven't actually seen those results but I don't doubt your claim.
In typical "Little River" weather our top score for the day at our last match was only 207.02!
With a bit of luck & with the help of the weather "gods" we might be able to roll you guys next time.

My rifle would go into heavy rifle but I shoot on a bipod? Can I shoot that way?

Good to go with bipod on heavy or light gun. Light guns using bipod are weighed with the bipod installed

Four of them were with the Grinch. I was shooting my own handmade 80 grain bullets. They shoot really well; til the wind catches you.
