Received my custom wheel and it had a flat tire. Discount Tire rolled their eyes when I asked them to fix the flat.
Actually Josh did a great job packing it with foam paper, custom box screwed together and then a custom cardboard box.
Don't know what I will do with it, but Josh is a great guy!

Josh, those are classics, certainly carry history and provenance, maybe were used to protect the earliest assembly lines at Studebaker or similar? When they made the wheel...

Josh, I have a couple of those. They look very good polished up. I had a very large copper Rain gauge used by the US Weather Service. About 3 foot tall and 18"in diameter with weight scales on them. I donated them to the Channel 8 weather guys in Dallas. Jay Lynn Gore went with me to carry it to them. Kyle Roberts, young daytime forcaster, met us and let us in the studio to watch his gig. It will be used by them for show and tell for the young folks.

Yeah, Butch, they look great polished up. I was going to do that when I had time. They came out of some hotels my Grandfather owned in the Catskills. At one point, we had over 50 of them in the barn. These are the last two. Let's wait for Intheshop to see them before anybody else offers to take them. Here's one polished up:

yeah like BC says why dont you put them on ebay then give the proceeds to the site if you must. i bet youd get alot more that way.
