Jlk Seating depths? 6mm

Recieved some 105 and 110 6mm jlks on a trade. Anybody know a good place to start for seating depths in a brx or bra?

its not how deep in the ctg neck ,,,but how far from the lands,,,jam them at first and you prolly wont need to change a thing,,,Roger

I know I’m asking about relation to lands. How much jam are you doing?

Jumping 105s .010. Works in my 7 twist 6 brdx.

if your resize die is correct and in concert with your chamber you should be able to close the bolt on a sized ctg effortlessley ,,,I like to seat them just far enuff "in/into" the lands that you dont feel it when you close the bolt ((not having to palm the bolt closed ,,,which upsets the gun and breakes your loading/fireing rhythm )) and at this setting you should see engraving/coining marks that are square to slightly rectangular on the shank of the bullet,,,Roger

Again start in the lands, then there is only one way to go if that doesn't work for you!
