As is your right. LDS asked for suggestions on how to make his company more visible to the members of this forum, which of the following accomplish that?

Obviously this is the most simplistic of changes, it wouldn't be difficult to make the signature much more appealing, and achieve the goal of creating awareness to Mr. Scott's business.

I mean no disrespect, but I do stand by my suggestion.

Yeah, Seems like a suboptimal business model to put-off or alienate a portion of your potential customers.
 
What is all the griping about his ad about. I see nothing wrong with the wording. Of course I am not a nitpicker. When I want to buy a product, I check it's availability, the quality of the product and the integrity of the seller. I seen his add a hundred time on this forum and never once has anyone complained about the wording. Lighten up guys.

There are MANY ads for various products that espouse a particular political or moral position. Just look at the latest Budweiser snafu. Having said that, I find the ad perfectly ok and have bought and traded with Larry multiple times. He's a site sponsor who helps pay the bills here. Need a trigger? Larry's your man.

I understand that you don't carry parts, but I like dealing with companies that have good customer service. Sometimes that is just for information, sometimes it is for parts. I think I gave up on changing the springs because I was left with a feeling of take it or leave it. I guess I left it?

Richard if you sent a PM it never arrived. Never in my time in business have I ever shunned a customer asking for anything. BTW my PH NO is listed on the information/instruction page of my ad. If I dont answer leave a message. LDS

The only thing I can say Is if it were me I would put "Great Scott Shooters Products" in the the largest Boldest print possible and the brightest boldest color. Then I would downsize all the rest of the text you would like to add, so it doesn't detract from the business name and people understand you have a business and sell a product. I have always found the way you had it busy and distracting from showing you actually have a business listed. If I didn't know you sold triggers already from being around the forum for some time, I think I would probably miss that you actually had a business the way you had it listed. As far as the content of your text, that doesn't bother me. Everyone is entitle to their opinion and express it as they wish ..... at least we should be able to.

For the ones concerned w/my signature as to being confusing w/ what products I have for sale, YOU READ THAT IN THE TITLE.
