Jewell Trigger contact info needed

Does anyone happen to have contact info for anyone at Jewell Triggers? I heard that they are shut down due to issues with parts supplier(s). I have a friend with EDM equipment who is interested in making parts for them.

No one answers the numbers on the web-site.

That don’t sound cool. Especially after I just picked up one of their triggers
 
Shoot them an email at (sales@jewelltriggers.com). I had an issue and the took care of it, but i think since the issue with Mr Jewell, he only answers about once a week or so. They took care of me and are still standing behind the product, but since this is not their primary business it seems to be on a time available basis. Be patient with them, but they should respond.
 
Recently sent one in for repairs. It's been completed and is in the mail back to me.

OK. He had used the published email and phone numbers previously and got no response.
 
I contacted by email. They replied - mail it with contact info. When it was done they called for credit card info. They're not going to answer the phone and you can't leave messages (waste of time and money for them to hire somebody to do that under current circumstances).
Your friend might consider actually writing a detailed letter and mailing it to them.

Jewell Triggers sent me a email on 7/11/23 and i received replacement parts on 7/17/23. I see now that their web site says account suspended. When I had talked to them prior to the 11th, to give credit card info, they told me they had found a new supplier. Does anyone know for sure what has happened to them?
