I would call jewell,they may be able to do that for you.They are usually very helpful to all who call.

Dunno 'bout a bottom safety but (if I can find them) you're welcome to the safety parts I took off a Jewell I bought back in 2008....

Thanks guys, I'll give them a ring, Spclark I really appreciate it but this is going for a Panda who's benchrest days are over, going to have to get a bottom one.

Don't know about adding a bottom safety to one without but I had a bottom safety trigger I bought used and asked if it could be changed to top safety and they said NO. "Main body is different as well as some internal pieces". Would suspect it would be about the same boat as yours. In other words sell what you got and buy new of what you want would be cheaper than paying to altering what you currently have.
