jewel trigger problems

has any one had the problem when you take it off safety it fires ??????????

I have a couple of Jewell triggers and when they are new it seems that they need adjustment after a couple hundred rounds or so.
Usually if I increase the pull weight adjustment it will fix the problem that you are referring to.
Find the instruction sheet for the trigger and it will tell you how to adjust it and what all of the screws are for.

On my 700 varmint factory stock there was wood touching and mine did the same thing open bolt or move safety lever hammer fall. Had to dremmel out a fairly sizable amount of wood to insure to interference.

The wood touching was not readily obvious.
