Jewel Trigger Adjustment

I did a search and found a posting that lists a Jewel site for trigger adjustment. When you click on it, some foreign language posting comes up.
I have a B R trigger that I want to lighten the pull only. Not an overhaul. Around two ounces. I assume it is the middle screw of the three. Which way do I turn it to lighten the pull?
