I've got a problem

Problem is I dont care much for Turkey's.
The wild ones really dont taste good, so I dont hunt them.
It started a few years ago with just 1 Tom,
Then another Tom started hanging out.
Well this year we're up to 3 Tom's and about 9 hens and 4 decent sized Jake's.
So this morning I hear something on the back porch.
A Tom and a Jake in a pecker measuring contest on my porch.

This has to stop!
I'm needing a couple youths in the southern Oregon area to come out with the folks and take a few out.
Picture is a little grainy but there is a lil buck standing in the woods at edge of yard.

Problem is my rottweiler likes to snack on thier droppings and roll in them. Her shampoo is expensive. Getting ready to put garden in and dont want the destruction.
I've got a great hunting spot in the back that they frequent. I've shouted out to @jds holler
To bring his granddaughter over from Klamath Falls, but hes strapped for time.

That part I’ve done a few times on domestic birds.
We hung um from the beak hook them poke in the brain with a knife through the roof of the mouth.
If your a fast plucker ;) no hot water needed

OK,this is may get lost in the noise but will post anyway...

Back 15+ years I bought my oldest son a '91 Mustang GT as a 16th b'day present. EVERYONE thought this was about the most stupid thing any parent could do?

He drove that thing as responsibly as anyone could hope for. Eventually passing it down to his younger, twin bros.

Who,drove it to HS just like their older bros. They put a clutch AND a heater core in it.

They, passed it down to my "youngest" son who... just like his bros before him,... "learned to drive a stick".

Now,somewhere in this trilogy,I was doing some maintenance in our "race shop",changing Autolight plugs...

I heard this,"chuck,chuck....yelp,yelp"

Pulling my head out from under the hood of the mustang,.... swear to baby jesus, there's 5 wild Turkeys standing a mere 10 feet away, looking at me at about the same rate folks were concerned with me giving the car to,"the boys"....

I looked up from under the hood, seen them, went back to changing plugs but, started cluck,clucking.....

Just sayin....that had to be one of the turning points in this hillbillies life.

video on plucking the feathers off them things.dipping them in smoking hot water loosens them feathers up.
Skin em no plucking necessary!
I use to hunt them as it was a nice spring time activity between elk seasons.
Never did care for the taste especially the dark meat.
Best way I've found to cook was put the breasts in oven with garlic n lemon pepper.
Slice into sandwich meat with lots of mayonnaise red onion and swiss cheese.

Is there a soup kitchen or homeless shelter that would take the meat? Some around here are rumored to accept deer and elk donations.
