It was bound to happen

Thankfully you now have a firm foundation of products supporting your business that can’t be readily copied by some dude in his garage with a cheap Chinese printer and bargain bin PLA. He’s going to need to really invest to go after your barrel business or the other gun parts that aren’t printed plastic.

Cool post
Glad to see someone actually say mom and dad helped me out! Honest man here
So many forums and post of people saying you have to have this or that.x brand to do this or that.lmao. Naw your yuppie family gifted you this

They all forgot momma and daddy started them out and without momma and daddy hard work they wouldn't be chest bumping name brands and feeling special.

Not to many self proclaimed entrepreneurs in the current world we live in.just momma's and daddy gifting money.

Let's face it.if you don't start out from family with money you gotta have really really big balls or get lucky.

Notation on Amazon says part was made in North Carolina. Sell your
original to anyone there ?? Do you have yours under copy right or
patent ??......Unfortunately, anyone can change a couple of things and
sell it as their own. Just ask Hornady about that, and many others.

Brad,
There will always be a market for a quality product such as yours. In my business, I have been asked many times for an economy version of bolt or barrel fluting. Respectfully, I always decline as my business reputation is built on a quality product or service. The very best of which I can provide. Period. A good reputation is hard to get and even harder to keep. Keep doing what you are doing and God will provide. As my very smart wife has said, many times.

I already specialize in products for the guys on a budget. And they are all hand made in USA. Imagine that.

I'm going to have to send you some bolts for small firing pins. :)

I don't believe in luck any more. Just God.

My Mom was apparently told by God that I would need her savings after she died. I told her I didn't want it. I really did. I tried to get her to spend it in her last year's. But she wouldn't. She said "you are going to need that money after I'm gone". That's a true story. God told my Mom that.

Oh. I have so many stories about how my business started.

I kind of looks like crap. Not going to lie.

I've made about 2000 of those little guys. I've learned a lot about 3d printing quality. My latest versions are the smoothest I've ever made.

I know some of these new printers are even smoother and better than mine.
I have several of your bag riders. They work great. Thanks for all you do to help us.

That's awesome good for you! You seem a good godly man who tells the truth.thanks for sharing..

I started my company on a couple of bag riders. Then Forum made me a sponsor. Then I never went back to work after covid and expanded into a full line of products.

So, now here is a guy that copied the original bag rider exactly and is selling it on Amazon. Nice. I suppose it was just a matter of time.

Some people's children!!!

Years ago I partnered up with a software company, writing a color management book specifically for their software. No small task, 1.44 million options distilled down to 12 choices for professional users and 3 for general users.

The software company sold the books cheaply and paid a royalty to me, I maintained the rights to sell my book and for those who purchased from me, I offered 10 service calls with a purchase but at a significantly higher price.

The Chinese violated my copyright, translated the text and sold the books even more cheaply. The Chinese had mistranslated the text resulting in many service calls. I had a record of everyone who bought my book from me and I charged an hourly rate to those who bought versions other than mine. . The Chinese translation made me quite a bit of billable hours, may you competition be as profitable you.

I'm glad you posted a picture of your current iteration, and look at the Amazon one and your's, your's is much smoother visually.

I have 2 of your bag riders. A 3" and a 4". I cracked the 3" switching it to a different gun. The 3" was way tight. The 4" fits much better. I just epoxied the 3" back together and it has been gtg for about a year and a half.

Really would like to see a rear one that would mount to the rear sling stud. Or one that would work with the Boyds AT 1 rear setup.
