ISO John Ambler, Colorado

In researching Superior Rifles, Ross Sherman gunsmith, I came across the name John Ambler. I was told he was the owner of one of the rifles I am researching. I was told he "brought BR into the Loveland CO/Fort Collins area back in the day". Anyone know him or recall him? Would be in the late 70's early 80's I think that he was active.
