99% of the time performed far too slow. The Marine Corps Band plays it at the proper tempo.

What were the ratings like?

Glad you asked. I heard this morning the viewership was the smallest since 2006. But, the traditional metric doesn't include online streaming, which grows rapidly every year. CBS sent me an email the day before saying "Stream the Super Bowl live for free!" and they were the ones broadcasting it.

Considering that KC was favored by something like 3 points going in, indicating that it should have been a close game, I did find find the final score impressive.

KC scored zero touchdowns. That's about all one needed to hear.

Even though I did not and will not watch any NFL games, due to Kaepernick and how NFL supported him. It is still interesting about the news reports today, where many are calling Brady "Racist" because he won the Super Bowl during Black History Month.
Don't these ignorant fools know how many blacks played on the same team and won it, along with Brady ? I guess those black players are also "Racisit" Right ?

i suppose we have all heard our National Anthem performed in varied styles, some really bad, (Carl Lewis), some really great, (Whitney Houston), and some rather surprising.

Possibly the most surprising to me was Meat Loaf’s rendition in 1994. Surprising in the feeling plus the vocal talent to pull it off.

By the way, one of the things that made Houston’s version rather unique was the arrangement was in 4|4 time rather than the more common 3|4. I personally like it better in 4|4?
