Is tune affected by SS pin tumbling ?

i stopped using SS to clean my brass as i was getting huge difference in bullet seating pressures which caused accuracy to suffer.. even when dumping necks and the base of the projectile in the redding graphite balls which helped i still got inconsistent seating pressures
and the fact if you left them in to long (like a few hours) my necks would need to be trimmed again and chamfered again
went back to dry vib only and only clean now after 3 or 4 firing only to anneal..

If your accuracy suffers because of your inside neck cleaning, it's because the frictional change affects your seated CBTO. This can be overcome by measuring each & every CBTO, and then setting each correctly.
If you don't like a hassle in that, simply stop cleaning the neck insides. Leave the carbon alone.
With that, and qualifying every bullet ogive radius, you can have faith in seating leading to desired CBTO -without measuring and readjusting each.
