Not for this one, but for the rest of the same batch, I would seriously consider to anneal them all.

Size it then take a fine kerf saw and continue the crack straight down just into the shoulder and now it's a seating depth gage.

Clean it up. Then braze it to fill the crack. Trim it to length, then scrap it.... Everyone should have projects.

Easy fix..neck it down to 6x47...yeah trash it not worth a eyeball or more

thanks guys will scrap it and keep a close eye on the rest cant say I have paid too much attention as they have only had 6 firings and everyone claims a lot more than that for the 6.5x47l but will certainly keep an eye out. And yes I have just annealed all the rest and did an inspection and cant find any more cracked so will be watching from now on.

Hi mate I commented a few posts above but only 6 firings!!! It is a tight neck chamber .286 brass is turned down to give loaded round diameter of .281 which is 5 thou clearance or 2.5 thou each side depending on how you want to look at it. Will keep an eye on the rest of them now I checked the rest last night couldn't find any other cracks....
