IS THIS A SAFE LOAD?

Hey all! Here's whats going on. I purchased some of David Tubbs Final Finish bullets to run through my .22/250 and they are 77 grs. Looked in my Hodgdon manual and bullets weights for this cartridge only go up to 70grs. I had plenty of H4895 laying around so this was my intended powder. For the 70s a starting load of H4895 was 28 grs. I scratched my head for a minute and looked at the manual then I decided to load these 77s on top of 26 grs. of H4895. I went with this number extrapolating the drop in powder charge as the bullet weights got heavier in the manual. In my minds eye I should be safe but, I would like some input on this one. It gonna be a few hours before I go and shoot these so any advice before then would be appreciated.

Thanks, Mike

I suppose I should have had that info on here also. The bullet is being jumped well over .100". With Nosler 55 gr. BT my C.O.L. is 2.50" and I seated these bullets with a C.O.L. of 2.330". Didn't check the length with the Hornady guage as I knew I would be jumping these a long ways and also was only shooting 50 of these bullets!
