Is this a Factory Remington Barrel

This is a 300 Win Mag barrel off of a 40X that looks brand new. I'm not even sure it had a test round down it, no copper streaks in it. Barrel is drilled and tapped for a scope block and a front sight base. What bothers me is it is not roll stamped Remington and I don't know enough about 40X's to know if this is normal Barrel was on very tight, but didn't have the Remington goop, just oil, that you see on other barrels. What do you experts think? The shank looks factory to me.

Yes its from the custom shop. It has remington’s proof mark.
