It's kinda like, should I buy a car made on a Monday, or one made on a Friday? I have two Savage 112Vs; one in .222 and one in 220 Swift. The .222 doesn't seem to care if you EVER clean it, and takes at least five fouling shots to settle down after cleaning. I have never let the Swift go more than 50 rounds before cleaning, due to extreme velocity. But I can tell you that the Swift doesn't "settle down" until 8 to 10 rounds have passed through it.
I don't think any modern centerfire should go more than 200 rounds without scrubbing. I'm not an excessive cleaner. But I clean the .222 every 200 rounds, because I don't think I could depend on a "filthy" bore...
