Is H4350 gone forever?

4350 is no more (or less) gone than 22LR was “gone” a year or so ago.

...or handgun ammo before that.
...or primers before that.
 
My sportsman’s warehouse has regularly been getting 1 & 8 pounders lately. That being said they don’t last longer than a couple hours according to staff.

I have an open 1 pound can I got from Grampa. It seems to be a long cut grain. It is one clump in the bottom of the can. Prolly won’t measure well.
